Ownership of the final artwork becomes the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of artwork upon approval of the final draft. MTS Designs, LLC will not display the artwork in portfolio or advertising materials without the client's consent. All concepts or any preliminary materials which are not selected by the client, remain the full property of MTS Designs, LLC. |
